Robert has deep experience and expertise providing CFTC & SEC derivatives regulatory and risk management advice to global investment banks and energy/commodities firms. In addition, Robert is a Lecturer at Rice University’s Jones School of Business focusing on management and entrepreneurship.

Robert is a native Houstonian and former member of Houston Angel Network (HAN) where he focuses on fintech startups. Robert began his career in Financial Services with Deloitte Consulting's Strategy and Operations practice in Washington, DC. His clients have included the world’s top 50 investment banks and energy firms.

Robert holds an MBA from Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business and a BS in Finance and Banking from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia.
